We first met Tammy 2014 when we purchased a home in Mesa. At the time she was working for a company and since then she has opened her own business. We’ve worked with Cori Pearson a number of times for buying and refinancing our homes in Flagstaff and Queen Creek. She lives and works in Flagstaff doing Flagstaff loans and refinancing along with people in Phoenix, Prescott, Maricopa and Tucson (to name a few). Basically she does loans and refinancing all over Arizona. How do I know this? I’ve referred her to many of my friends and family and they’ve referred their friends and family and they’ve referred their friends and family… And why not?! Cori does the best job helping people to get their loan and even alerts her past clients when there’s a good deal to be had to lower your rates and/or to get cash out of your home. She makes the process easy to understand, communicates through phone, emails, texts…whatever is comfortable for you and responds quickly. And! her sending out a notary so we can continue to isolate from COVID was great also. I can’t say enough good things about Cori! I mean it when I tell you to CALL HER TODAY to see if she can find a good deal for you!

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home in May 2020 and had been shopping several lenders. We were referred to Stan Wang at Brightside Mortgage by a friend of ours and reaching out to him was the best decision we could have made.
